It’s not connecting with my phone any more. Fix this.
It refuses to pair. When I press “connect” it takes long time with nothing.

The update fuc$&ed everything up
so bad
cant use the app. it always gets stuck on privacy policy then auto closes after 5mins of waiting.

Absolutely abysmal and time wasting
settings get toggled randomly, volume gets set to zero out of the blue, app fails to connect to the headset frequently. I don’t understand how an application could be so bad.
Not user friendly
Nice sound, but not an intuitive experience. Lousy design for an easy control.
Worst of its kind
It’s very much like training a dachshund. Very difficult, help options are pointless, and indicates erroneous or wrong data.
Crashing, Crashing and Crashing.
Nothing more frustrating than unboxing your new XM5 headphones and the app keeps on crashing. SONY, please fix this issue with the XM5 headphones as the connectivity and app is nothing new.
Bring back old app
Everytime I try to use it with my xm4’s it crashes. Haven’t been able to change settings on my headphones for a long time.
