I really wish Apple just blocked this app due to it’s looks and UX. For a company like Sony it should not be an issue to at least adhere to some common design practices. Suddenly I also need an account to keep using my headphones as the were intended when I purchased them. Would return headphones for the app alone no matter how good the sound is if I still could

The app does what it sets out to do i guess, however its just to limited in scope. For example the 5-band EQ. Please add an option for 10-band EQ. 5-bands are simply to limiting for some headphones, in my case the WH-1000XM2

The app don’t detect connect devices and it’s gray out in the app in ios 18.2 firmware 4.02

Tycker det är smidigt att alla uppdateringar till headsetet går via appen. Inställningarna i appen funkar bra och är enkla att använda. Betyget blir lägre då en av de mest basala funktionerna saknas, nämligen att kunna byta mellan uppkopplade enheter i enhetslistan i appen. Nu måste man krångla med att pausa och starta musik/ljud i de olika enheterna och det funkar nästan aldrig.

Appen ger dig mänga inställningsmöjligheter för ett anpassat ljud som ger än bättre upplevelse!

I’ve used my Sony Linkbud plugs for two years. Loved the sound quality and deep bass. A FW update a month ago and the introduction of Sound Connect app makes them lose connection over and over again. When it happens I need to put the plugs back in case and start over. It’s to the point using them is now a distraction. I don’t recommend the way it is now.

Sony just updated their app. It reset all the configuration of the previous app and doesn't work. You can't connect the headphones, and everything just loads for minutes without adjusting. Complete waste of time. I have a high end over ear headphones from Sony, which absolutely is the best headphones I've ever had - 5/5 for hardware. But this app is garbage.

Och konstig och buggig uppkoppling och interaktion mellan app och hörlurar! Som jag nu måste skrota, bara 20 månader in av användande
