Very annoying
Every time they update it, Speak to Chat gets turned back on. I don’t want it, and it’s annoying when my listening is interrupted because I cough or sneeze. Remembering settings isn’t hard to do, so why does it fail to manage this?! Also, when I open it, an annoying popup appears about the latest update. I couldn’t care less. Just get out of my face!
Sony WH-1000XM5
No match for my 6 year old Bose headphones. Poor dynamics and lacked the excitement I was looking for. Tried experimenting with the EQ settings within the App but was unable to to get them sounding clear and punchy.
Lost link buds
Is there any way that I can add previously paired headphones to this app so I can add them to this app.

Garbage
WF-1000XM4 batteries died within 6 months, because of bad update. Wasted 250 eur. Never gonna buy another Sony product.
Not letting sign in to Sony
I’m not sure if anyone else is having this but when I try to log in it alway says “can’t contact to server” is there anyway to help this. Apart from that everything’s good
Absolutely useless
What is the point of backing up any data to your account if restoring it doesn't restore sheeit? Lost all the settings I managed to gather over months. Fck you Sony
waste
i can’t connect my headphones they power and are connected to my phone but wont show up on the app
App appears faulty.
Try to login and no matter whether using iPhone or iPad message “an error has occurred. Please start again from the beginning” tried 3 times, removed app and started again every time the same error. Life is too short for poor apps and useless error messages. Will delete app from both devices.
