Sorbet Group FAQ
Is Sorbet Group free?
Yes, Sorbet Group is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Sorbet Group legit?
⚠️ The Sorbet Group app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Please could you separate manicures and pedicures into different lists. Feels like you have to scroll for days to find the options you need. Would be great if the app gave you the option to book appointments simultaneously instead of having to book each treatment individually.
Hair Bookings Update
Please update the app to include hair bookings.
Unfriendly & Badly designed
Lazy excuse for an app, riddled with thoughtless design and zero effort to meet basic user needs.
What makes it worse is they’ve killed off the website, which actually worked well. This is a huge step backward.
Terrible App
The concept is great. But the information from the app does not get translated to the branch you booked at. The booking process on the app is seamless. But each time I’ve booked on the app (2x now). I arrive at the branch, get told that the appointment times have clashed, the app allocated me too someone who is booked, I end up having to wait 30+ min while the poor staff scramble to try and fix the problem.
Data incorrect
App shows no availability, but salon has availability if you call
Worst app
I’m unable to book a service via the app. It never have slots available, but when I phone I’m asked to choose any time on the day of preference.
Not synced with the in-store system
I have used the app multiple times (because trying to call the branches is sometimes difficult because of load shedding, noise in the store etc) and have been let down each time. Either my booking isn’t understood, or not honored by the store (“oh there isn’t a room for you because of a glitch between stores and the app”), so essentially the store system and the app are out of sync which seems a bit ridiculous.
Did a ten year old create this ?
1. You can’t search for a store . Trying your branch and American cities pop up
2. Try selected a preferred stylist ! This will tell you how cheap the development on this app was . It offers you “citizens” to select from
3. You can’t sign is as a guest and check out as a guest as when you’re almost ready to proceed with a booking you have to log in with an account, rather than proceeding as a guest
Useless
Cannot login, cannot reset password, cannot try make a new profile. Forget password flow asks for your mobile number but never actually sends the OTP. From someone in the software industry this is a disgrace. Sorbet is a massive brand, surely they can afford to fix this app.
Horrendous
This has got to be the ugliest app I have ever seen. The UI and UX is atrocious.
