## SOS Inventory Software Reviews in United States

### *---- "Mobile app is terrible"
Mobile app is terrible going on several years. Auto cache update is a must yet they refuse to implement it. If you want to waste an hour waiting on the cache to update this is the app for you. Terrible!
-- mhenrysn, 2025-04-29

### *---- "Needs work"
Not easy to navigate. Need thumbnails on items. Needs to update automatically and instantly.
-- Brockels, 2023-12-19

### ***-- "Decent, underwhelming"
I like SOS quite a bit but I feel like the user interface on the app is not as straightforward and well designed as it could be. Though I will say it is nice that there is full functionality.

A better user interface would result in 5/5 star.
