## Sotto Description
Your meetings never leave your device. AI Meeting Notes records, transcribes, and summarizes meetings using AI that runs 100% on your iPhone or iPad — no cloud, no servers, no uploads. Every word stays on your device. Always.

POWERED BY APPLE INTELLIGENCE

AI Meeting Notes harnesses Apple Intelligence and on-device Foundation Models to summarize your meetings with remarkable quality — all without sending a single word to the cloud. Combined with Apple's SpeechAnalyzer for transcription in 10 languages, you get a truly private, truly powerful meeting assistant.

POWERFUL ON-DEVICE AI PIPELINE

Record any meeting and let a multi-stage AI pipeline do the heavy lifting. AI Meeting Notes automatically:

• Transcribes speech in real time using Apple's SpeechAnalyzer engine
• Supports transcription in 10 languages
• Identifies individual speakers with neural voice fingerprinting
• Extracts discussion topics and organizes them by theme
• Writes an executive summary with key takeaways using Apple Intelligence
• Deep-dives into each topic for comprehensive coverage
• Pulls out action items, decisions, and follow-ups
• Generates a clear, descriptive title

All processing runs locally on your iPhone or iPad — nothing leaves your device.

SMART SUMMARIZATION SKILLS

Go beyond generic summaries. Built-in skills transform your meeting into exactly what you need:

• Email Summary — a ready-to-send recap for absent colleagues
• Client Brief — polished notes for client-facing communication
• Study Notes — structured learning material from lectures or workshops
• Sales Follow-up — next steps and commitments from sales calls

BUILT FOR PRODUCTIVITY

• Actions Tab — track action items across all meetings in one place
• Full-Text Search — find any word across every transcript and summary
• Tap-to-Seek Playback — tap any line in the transcript to jump to that moment in the audio
• Rich Notes — add your own notes during recording with auto-save
• Export — share to Apple Notes or other apps instantly

WORKS ON iPHONE AND iPAD

Optimized layouts for both devices. iPhone gets a focused portrait experience; iPad takes advantage of the larger screen with a sidebar and side-by-side recording view.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

• 100% on-device AI — transcription, speaker identification, and summarization all run locally
• No accounts, no sign-ups, no tracking
• Optional iCloud sync keeps your meetings backed up with Apple's end-to-end encryption
• Audio files compressed and synced privately across your devices

RESUME ANYTIME

Close the app mid-processing? No problem. AI Meeting Notes picks up right where it left off — no lost work, no re-processing.

WIDGETS & SHORTCUTS

Start a recording from your Home Screen with widgets or Siri Shortcuts. Get back to your meetings faster.
