Souk - Vintage Deal Alerts

I signed up to £24.99 a week to try to get the best deals on Vinted as it’s clear that people have a bot purchasing certain products if they appear under priced. The auto cop function doesn’t work as people already have it set for the popular items, requested support and they just claim not to understand, no discord support offered. There’s a 4 second delay on the feed on turbo. I then thought I’d try the £3.99 a week pro version, this has a 8-12 second delay on the “live” feed meaning even less chance to get anything. When I contacted support this express my dissatisfaction they just sent me the cancellation steps with no message😂 I replied with excellent customer service so they cancelled my subscription with 3 days remaining and no refund of any sort. Avoid as you’ll be wasting your money

I downloaded this app but the choice of Vinted categories that it supports is very limited. The category that I wanted to monitor wasn’t even on there. Doesn’t seem like the support team were bothered about adding it, I was willing to sign up to the highest monthly tier too.

For some reason no items show up on here

I have my settings on as UK however everything that it is letting me buy/showing is in a European language and in euros currency not pounds

Looks like it does what it says it will but you must choose a subscription option to access the item on Vinted, or to even get notifications. Waste of time unless you’re going to pay for it

On the free trial for the base version, honestly this app is very good. Listing alerts before they even appear on Vinted, autobuy isn’t really necessary if you’re by your phone with your Vinted search filters ready to go. Copped a few things that will sell for profit thanks to the app

As of 20 November 24. App and website are down, there is no chance to reach support, nor to get replay, 2nd day we are cut off, app showing error, website same thing, looks like they been taken down or server was taken down. Souk haven’t provided any statement at all.

Is the app going to get fixed ?
