## SOUL LAB Description
An extensive library of world-class guided meditations, life-transforming breathwork techniques and informative courses aim to enable you with tools and techniques to heal your mind, body and soul. Whether you are looking to overcome anxiety, get better sleep, heal your body, improve your mental health, release old traumas and limiting beliefs, manifest your dream life and career or simply just enjoy the feeling of calm and tranquillity – there is something for everyone.
Shreans Daga Foundation’s purpose is to make life easier, happier and better for YOU. The Founders, Shreans and Varun Daga have been practising meditation for around three decades, and have manifested enormous wealth, good health and a joyful, abundant life that they love waking up to every single day. They passionately believe that if they can do it, so can you.

Apart from these powerful and healing meditations, you also have FREE access to – MANIFESTATION DECODED: The Real Secret Behind ‘The Secret’ - Shreans Daga Foundation’s flagship 28-day live online mega master course. Through careful curation of age-old philosophies, contemporary techniques, and an inherently scientific approach, this course is the missing puzzle to all the talk about manifestation in the world today. At the very core, it proves that life can be a joyous celebration – it doesn’t have to be hectic, monotonous, or stressful. Life is more than worth living because ultimately YOU have the power to create the life you want!

Quality spiritual content and life-transforming meditations that cater to a variety of topics are available to you 24/7 on your device, and you can enter this virtual meditation laboratory whenever, wherever. You don't need to read several books, download a tonne of apps, spend millions of dollars or attend workshops led by various masters to access this storehouse of knowledge. The Shreans Daga Foundation App has curated everything in one place - from complex spiritual philosophies simplified into easy, actionable steps to life-changing breathwork techniques and empowering meditations for beginners and advanced meditators - you have it all, completely free.

Shreans Daga Foundation warmly invites you to embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation. Together, let’s explore the science of spirituality and master the art of meditation, mindfulness, and manifestation – the quantum way!

## SOUL LAB Reviews in India

### ****- "Audio is stopped when screen lock"
When screen is off during meditation after few seconds audio also stopped with it. Means app doesn’t run music in background is there any solution? Otherwise app is fantastic.
-- Dhruvkumar B, 2024-10-18

### ****- "Not working in background"
This app is great, each recording is amazing! Recently noticed that with IOS18 this app is no more working in background. Simply I cannot use this app, when you play video then screen must be kept on but that’s not possible as IOS will automatically lock the screen if there is no eye contact. It must support background play otherwise no use of this app.
-- Jayakumar75, 2024-10-16

### ***** "Perfect meditation guru"
Perfect for meditators with out advertising, pleasant voice , life transformation coach
-- soni2717, 2024-10-14

### ***** "Premium meditation available absolutely at no cost"
Never came across on any meditation app which offers all its meditation and courses completely free of cost. No ads, no subscription, no irritating pop ups and unnecessary purchase plan. Great job.
