It’s just better

Never in my life has an apps sign up experience made me literally throw my phone across a room until this one. The flow wasn’t performing correctly so it took me 5 tries of starting from the beginning of the sign up process to finally get through it. I experienced a level of rage previously unbeknownst to man but at least now I can get into the app.

So simple to book and change. Love it.

I lost my ride credit because the app doesn’t ask you to confirm if you want the class or not. It automatically booked me when I was looking at the schedule and I had to cancel the class because it was booked on accident which lead to me loosing a credit for a class I didn’t mean to book.

Very straightforward and simple app to use and pay for classes. Never any glitches.

The thing that irritates me about this app is that when you try to move your bike, it instead books a second bike for you. Which means if it’s within the late cancel period you have to pay the missed class fee to unbook a second bike I never wanted. If I click “Move Bike” I obviously want to move the bike I already have!!! Feels kind of scammy. Other than that the app is fine it does what you need it to do.
