## Soulumi Reviews in United States

### *---- "Horrible"
This app is very convenient and easy to, but Melinda takes at least 3 hours to reply , they will accept you and then if you don’t succeed within the 2week span they will cut you off and not respond to any of your messages or emails. My account got suspended after over 30 positive reviews and many happy clients and they decided to suspend my account and will not reply to any of my emails even though my clients are messaging me and still wanting to get readings and services done. This app is a waste
-- lady vivienne psychic advisor, 2025-05-17

### ***** "Happy Advisor"
I am very pleased to work on this platform. The level of professionalism is top-tier. The team is very understanding and works well with all the advisors concerns and feedback. I am very grateful to work on a platform that cares about its clients and the advisors equally. I love that there are always updates and better technology systems to allow better interactions between the client and psychic. Fully recommend if you are an advisor and want to work on a very legit platform. Thank you team. Happy to be part and associated with you for almost 5 years. 🩷🙏🏽☺️ - Nicole
-- Dreblues Nicole, 2025-05-12

### *---- "Commission is so ridiculous"
Melina does not answer your questions whatsoever. Can’t get a hold of anybody been working for them for almost 5 months now and it’s still the same commission rate which is 20% I work day in and day out and I hardly get the clients are amazing but however and the people that work, it is lacking very bad
-- Love and lights, 2025-04-04

### ***** "Look no more"
The best app on the market
-- Jwsa916, 2025-03-07

### *---- "Terrible"
They never paid me over $300 and it’s been over eight days do not apply
-- Keno. Life, 2025-02-04

### ***-- "Can’t get advisor support"
Please tell me how to contact I’ve sent emails and nothing back?
-- Hhinyo, 2025-02-04

### ****- "Love to work for Soulumi but"
I love working for Soulumi since I am able to work from my phone. I love how user friendly the app is and how easily I can navigate everything. I love how we don’t have to add an introduction video (social anxiety here). I like the new premium content features, I would give this app a 5 stars but my only complaint is Melinda, the 24/7 service assistant. Melinda takes a very long time to get back to you. I have even waited for over 5 days just to hear a response. They claim they will get back to you in 24 hours but that is simply not the case sometimes.

Please find more people to work as Melinda. The wait time is a bit too long.
-- Chris_992, 2024-11-13

### ***** "Psychic"
I have been on several psychic apps before and nothing compares to soulumni best costumer service tools to help you navigate through anything you might need easy and straight to the point.love this app. Must try!
-- Dianalee123, 2024-10-04

### *---- "This is ridiculous"
For the past two months, I’ve had problems with this app. I’ve been told by their so-called support Melinda that my account was restricted and nothing further from that point I have emailed I have messaged. I have left at least 50 messages to Melinda emails TikTok Instagram you name it no one has gotten back to me. Nobody has tried to fix the problem for me. They continue to tell me to give updates to my clients but they don’t do nothing to fix it. They have blocked all my clients talking to me. I’ve been an advisor for over three years. Have been one of their top advisors and they have done nothing to help me they took away my account and leave me with clients that I’ve read for multiple times already. I am nowhere to be found on the app. They don’t get back to me to tell me what I did wrong because I didn’t do anything Wrong, they know I didn’t do anything wrong I can’t get a reply back for the past two months being to their app for three years working continuously online all day and all night. This is the worst possible with no help after all the time and effort I put in for them and they take most of my earnings.
