Soundcore
am experiencing an issue with my Soundcore Liberty 4 NC earbuds. When using Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), the volume fluctuates intermittently. sometimes it becomes loud, then suddenly quiet. Please help fix this

My app cant even log in my id.
PLEASE ENABLE AUTO CONNECT
It is so annoying that when you go to the apps, the device is not automatically connected although the bluetooth in my phone already connected to it. I have to keep refreshing the apps that took 3-6 minutes. Please fix it. It's frustrating 🙏
EQ Editing
Make a more detailed EQ editing tool starting from 20Hz to 20kHz, the current one only starts from 100Hz to 12.8kHz there’s no flexibility to edit more than that

Souncore please notice my review. Your speaker is outstandingly powefull in bass even it was just a flare 2 but please make the equalizer more customise like presets for movies preset for music so i dont have to manually change it when i want to hear music or watching movie

After update ios 18 i can’t add a widget anymore..so difficult to change mode sound..need to open the apps to change the mode..

I had been using the app for all my 3 earbuds (A20i, Liberty 3 Pro & Liberty 4 NC) and Space One headphones. Works well with my iphone no issue whatsoever. Software updated. No lagging, nothing of a big issue. The sound experience are mind blowing. I got to tweak the EQ here and there learning things from forum community of ppl who also had the app. Happy and satisfied with my products purchase with the app too! 😊
