Can’t Connect Life Note E
I am unable to connect my Life Note E Earbuds which is really frustrating
Device not visible in app
The app is not able to pick up my Soundcore P2i and Q30 devices
Can’t connect life P3’s
There’s a bug with the app. I cannot add my Life P3’s as a new device so I can’t control the eq, noise cancellation or other features. I have paired the earphones with my phone in settings but they won’t show up when “searching” for new devices on the app. Very frustrating. Please fix asap
Awesome, but needs FM radio station names
Awesome product, but a minor frustration is not being able to assign / edit radio station names in the app. This shouldn’t be a difficult feature to implement but would add significantly to the user experience.

全てにおいて完璧。
Bluetoothに接続しても認識しない
以前は使えてましたが、sound pro4を新しく購入し、機器の登録をしようとしても、「Bluetoothを許可してください」というメッセージが出て機器ごとの設定ができません。 他の環境音などは使用できます。 iPhoneの電源を落としたり、アプリをアンインストール＆再ダウンロードしても同じ現象が起こります。
便利ですが、、
iosアップデートしたらサジェスト消えました。便利だったのでアップデートへのサジェストの対応お願いします。
