### **--- "Poor app Volume control"
Generally a good app and I like my Sleep A20 headphones. But…. In sleep mode if you want to change the volume you have to use a clumsy slider that just doesn’t work. You hold your finger on it trying to get what you want but it’s impossible and then disappears after a few seconds before you can do it. I then spend 5 minutes trying to get the volume I want, all whilst doing the exact opposite of the point of this product! SLEEEP Arrrrggghhh. I’m now wide awake and angry.
The A20’s are very sensitive. 25% might be too loud. 23% a bit quiet, but trying to get that 24% can be almost impossible. Why does it need to be this hard? A simple + and - button would fix this instantly. Fix this issue and you get 5 stars.

Pretty awful. I have 2 Boosts and it can only find one at a time. I’d thought you could connect them via the app as you can manually, but no. I also can’t change the country to UK so it pushes the US models and content. Overall I just can’t see the point of it! You may as well just do everything manually. Pretty pointless tbh.

Impossible to fathom how the program is that large when its use is very limited and simplistic. Full blown 3d games with visual and audio information take less.

I’ve been a massive fan of soundcore and there app has grown with the quality of its products . I personally it’s far better than so many out there . The quality in design and purpose, serious effort has been made to help us the end user,  BUT I do wish they would they would use one generic hearID Test program across the board , personally I prefer to listen to option 1 and 2 type  as it’s a true reflection and some are well shy of working correctly , this option is far more stable . Liberty buds . I have 9 of your products and find it annoying that the hear id is different for some. And sometimes a major let down.  One method … it works …

On launch, a full-screen Ad appears that never goes away, rendering the app unusable.

Can’t skip, can’t even click the link to buy whatever it’s selling. The Ad just freezes the whole app every time.

Shame, as the app had worked really well up to this point.

So temperamental I’m removing the app from my phone. Doesn’t stay connected to a device (Alexa) for longer than 15 seconds. I chose this option so I can use my phone. Never had a problem until the last few months. 
Also you need to find a way to use the app without connecting Bluetooth. Hence removal. It’s a speaker shouldn’t need connect to a phone to use an app

All the issues I had with the app are gone - namely an intrusive Soundcore advert when I opened the app, and difficulty working out how to turn on Bluetooth mode following an update.

Works perfectly for my needs now, setting alarms and switching between music or sleep tracks.

The ear buds are a pleasure to use. However the app doesn’t show that it connects to an Echo device even though I can hear through the ear buds whatever is being broadcast on the Echo. SoundCore and I have over the past 12 days have exchanged many emails but SoundCore has not been able to fix the compatibility issue between the app registering that it is connected to the Echo device. We have simply being going round in circles with no solution by SoundCore.
