I’ve been a Soundcore fan since the time the speakers were sold under the Anker name.  Their Bluetooth speakers have been solid and reliable but their app on iPhone does nothing but drive me crazy.  I only open the app to make sure my Soundcore3 doesn’t have the volume turned up high and wake my 2yr old.  If I increase or decrease the volume using my iPhone buttons, the change represents 2 button pushes on the speaker itself.  Why not synchronize this?  Also why not make better features like auto volume leveling so commercials aren’t horribly loud after having the volume up to listen to a quiet show?  The app is more gimmicks like drinking games which don’t really match the higher quality of the products.

### ***-- "Some improvements are really needed."
It’s been a couple of months and so far the product works as intended. I have been able to get better night sleep mostly because I can't hear anything else going on including my husbands really loud snoring LOL. That said, I have a few criticisms and one concern. 1. The navigation on the app is clunky and confusing. It takes me a few tries to remember where the sound effects are. 2. It is annoying that you can’t make changes to the sound once it is downloaded including its intensity. You have to start from scratch each time. 3. It is worrying that if my family ever needed to contact me, the earbuds are not designed to allow phone calls or alerts during the sounds effects. And my one concern is that for some unknown reason, I get little electric shocks from the connection parts of the earbuds. It doesn't cause any major injuries but it's enough of a jolt to make you jump. A couple of times, one earbud will drop connection and I have to reconnect through the app. Other than the above mentions, I'm okay with them in terms of what I wanted them for. I feel 3 stars are a fair assessment because there is room for improvement and the little mishap shocks I get.

### *---- "Single Tap setting not there"
I downloaded the app to use with my Life A2 NC buds to get the added option of single tap for volume, but it is not there. I removed the device from the app and Bluetooth on phone, deleted the app, cleared, reset and re-paired the buds to the phone then red stalled the app, and same result. 
Currently changed the function of the double tap to make it work but at the sacrifice of the noise cancelling adjustment.
Not happy.

First off the app cant even recognize when my earphones are in. Horrible connection on the SoundCore Liberty 4 NCs, third pair where they are skipping for 30+ mins before they finally start to work. Had 2 SoundCore Liberty Air 2s break before this. Strongly suspect this company uses bots to sell their products as everywhere I saw said they fixed the extremely sensitive buttons, and they haven’t. Do not recommend any product. Strongly.

### ***** "Tap selection fails"
I'm rating 5 stars because I really like the app and the earbuds I have. But wouldn't it be nice if I could go into tap settings, select an action for a tap or set of 2 or 3 taps, and then go back to the app? On iPhone SE 2, I don't get to do that. I have to close the app to go back in the menu and it doesn't seem that any swiping or tapping will change that. Please have your devs end that foolishness. Have your QA folks test, and thanks for the app.

The ear buds stopped working after a few weeks.  The white noise would stop and then start working (waking me up) 
It makes crackling noises.  The alarm is NOT reliable.  
I was up until 7:30 this morning without my buds in my ear. The sleep stages said I rolled over 11 times and shows my sleep pattern?? How? Very disappointed and frustrated.   I would not recommend buying this.

I purchased the Sleep A20s because ALL I WANTED WAS A SIMPLE BLUETOOTH EARBUD. I wanted a simple Bluetooth earbud, BUT the app keeps turning on Sleep mode even though I turn it off. I don’t want to fight at night to turn off misty railroad sounds or to see notices (that I can’t turn off) to record my sleep.
