Somit ist es möglich dass mit einer App unterschiedlich komplexe Radios gesteuert werden können. Die Steuerung des Radios geschieht über das lokale Netzwerk. Daher ist es notwendig sowohl das DAB / Internet Radio als auch das genutzte Smartphone / Tablet innerhalb des gleichen Netzwerkes zu verbinden. In einem Netzwerk wird die Verbindungautomatisch aufgebaut. Features der App sind in Abhängigkeit der Features des verbundenen Radios wie folgt: - Steuerung des DAB+ Radios - Steuerung des Internet Radios - Steuerung des FM Radios - Aufnehmen und Widergabe von Radio auf USB Speichern - Wiedergabe von Audio über den Aux Eingang des Radios - Wiedergabe von Audio über die Bluetooth Schnittstelle des Radios Neben diesen Kernfeatures des Systems hat die App eine Vielzahl von weiteren Funktionalitäten die die Steuerung des Radios komfortabler machen. So können Favoritenlisten bearbeitet werden, Sender gesucht werden und EPG Daten angezeigt werden. Die App wird ständig weiter entwickelt und den neuen Features der Radios angepasst. Wiederholte Aufnahmen funktionieren nur einmal, wöchentlich geht gar nicht, bei den Texten sind die Umlaute einfach ersatzlos gestrichen. Es ist nicht ersichtlich, was die aktuelle Programmierung ist, korrekte Programmierungen werden als fehlerhaft abgelehnt. Und es kommen keine Fehlerupdates.
