## Soundmondo Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Not as great as the Yamaha instruments"
Sign-up is messy and complicated. Chrome on iOS does not allow midi sync, but the soundmondo app doesn’t allow proper browsing of the sounds available online.
-- giro29, 2024-02-20

### **--- "Amateurish"
So difficult to reset your password and why do you still have so much T&C that nobody reads or cares about to go through. No type in search for your country, so you have to see every country especially if you live in the UK or USA ! Get a professional team to sort this time consuming rubbish out Yamaha!
-- SCBats, 2023-12-12

### ***-- "Potentially a great idea but full of bugs."
It’s great to get access to artist signature sounds like Matt Johnson’s but after a few minutes the app crashes and the only way to get it back to work is uninstalling and reinstalling (loosing all your favourite sounds).
It requires immediate attention, Yamaha! Otherwise it’s just a huge missed opportunity!
-- Fulvio77, 2023-11-03

### ***** "Brilliant App"
Yamaha have excelled in the design of SOUNDMONDO. I love it and have had no problems. Use it with my Reface CP… so much more I can get out of the keyboard now!
-- Rickieglumglum, 2023-04-15

### ***-- "How to Login!!!"
I passed the test! Many people (like me) could not login to Soundmondo after creating an account. Here is what I did to fix it:

1. Sign up either in-app or at yamahasynth.com
2. Confirm your e-mail address via the confirmation in your inbox.
3. Wait 10-15 minutes.
4. Using Chrome browser (I used a mobile device), Sign in to any area at yamahasynth.com (parent site), this will confirm your credentials and activate your account (I also made a small edit to my details and saved it, in case this helps).
5. Return to Soundmondo app and sign in (you should succeed now!)

Good luck! (It shouldn’t be this difficult Yamaha… they must be making plenty of profits elsewhere).

### *---- "Absolutely useless app"
Downloaded the app and created an account, verified my email address but cannot sign in to my account via the app - keeps telling me to confirm my username and password. Complete waste of time, will be deleting the app.
-- Slipmeister, 2022-10-12

### *---- "Login?"
Set up account and got email to confirm. Tried to login to app. Nope! You haven’t got an account.
-- Fastnige, 2022-10-05

### *---- "Can’t log in"
This is a great idea app works but as many people have found can’t log in with user account .Works fine on computer but app is broken!
-- keyboardnut, 2022-01-24

### *---- "Failed to sign-in. Please confirm your username and password."
Constant error once I sign up, no idea how to download patches or use this. If Yamaha can’t be bothered to listen to user reviews or update this app for user’s willing to try and use it. Obviously it’s gonna fail. Yamaha are actively promoting it, got email today Mike Patrick sounds for 2021. Such a shame most users can’t use it.
-- HD Music Studio, 2021-12-17

### *---- "A joke"
Well I just wasted 10 minutes on this. Signup process is clunky and amateurish, a bad example of the outsourced mega corporation doing it on the cheap. Seriously, Yamaha, with your technical resources? Then when I finally got registered (after being presented with a page of Ts and Cs 6 times in which it’s not clear you have to scroll down), the app will not sign in. Gave up, removed from device and now to get on with living.
