It tracks what you type and draw while recording audio, so you'll never worry about missing an important detail. During playback, just tap a word: SoundNote will jump right to the proper time in the audio. • Use SoundNote's powerful drawing tool for quick sketches. It's easy to edit them, too. Tap a drawing to select it, or tap twice to select an individual stroke. From there, you can drag it to wherever you want, or tap "Delete" to get rid of it. Use two fingers to zoom and scroll. • SoundNote is perfect for students. If you ever fall asleep in class, don't worry — SoundNote's got your back. Just tap what you wrote while you were awake, and SoundNote will play the audio to help you fill in the blanks. • SoundNote is also great for journalists. Ever miss an important detail during an interview and have to skim through your entire recording to find out what it was? With SoundNote, just tap a word from that part of the interview — it'll play back what you missed. • When you're done, share your text, drawings, and audio notes via email, or transfer them directly to your Mac or PC. Audio notes are recorded in standard M4A format: One hour of high quality audio is only 25MB. ## SoundNote Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple126/v4/3d/0b/62/3d0b62f2-c3f3-2256-41fb-983c816e2b18/mzl.obdlgihr.png/1536x2008.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple126/v4/a3/a6/21/a3a62182-a8ae-6d0e-3f95-0db550027cd3/mzl.cwfjnyoy.png/1536x2008.png) ## SoundNote Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 9 (69%) - 4 stars: 0 (0%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 4 (31%) ## SoundNote Reviews in United States ### *---- "The eraser does not work when pressed twice" The eraser does not work when pressed twice -- Nic.ole, 2023-12-09 ### ***** "Sound Note is a great solution" I have been using Sound note since 2015 and find it a great solution. The only problem that has come up is that it is difficult to back up all of ones notes, I have requested a solution. That said it is still better than anything else I can find. -- BPcoachboulder, 2022-10-02 ### *---- "Does not work" This app does not work on my iPad Pro-with my 2.0 pencil -- Presspot, 2021-01-01 ### *---- "It’s finished!" Where once it worked, now with iOS 14, no longer the case. Of course the real crime is far beyond the company taking money. It’s now where are my important notes and how do I get them back???!!! -- DrPsych, 2020-10-02 ### ***** "Great App" I have used this app for years in large classroom settings. The recording come out great. -- Qwerasdflkjh, 2018-10-24 ### ***** "Love this app" I love having the ability to write notes while it records at the same time, so I don't miss anything during class. -- billkimmac, 2016-11-29 ### ****- "Needs folders and an erase feature" I love using this app with my students, but really want an update! -- VoixDeMichele, 2016-05-17 ### ***-- "Please update" Love the concept. One of the best options out there for learners who need additional repetition and visual queuing. This app has tremendous potential, but hasn't been updated since 2014. May I make a few suggestions? -An "eraser" option rather than a delete button -Option to place files/lectures into folders -Cursor should move/respond to audio playback -Option to send files with audio from iPad to iPad not including family sharing -Keyboard has a tendency to freeze when adding or editing text -- SchoolTeacher501, 2015-08-11 ### ***** "The best I’ve found" I’ve used SoundNote from the very beginning and love it. Every once in a while I check to see if someone else has created something as good. Thus far I have not found anything. Other apps add features that I don’t need and they unnecessarily complicate things. I especially like the fact that one can email files (text only OR text with audio) OR send the file to Dropbox. It’s a great way to backup files if one is not able to sync with one’s computer for a while. I say it’s 5+. -- carchurchbook, 2015-01-16 ### **--- "It may be wonderful, but . . ." . . . best I can tell, it is devoid of user manual or other instructions. I thought I was buying a productivity app, not a figure-it-out game. -- depscribe, 2015-01-03 [View all SoundNote reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to SoundNote - [Pinstachio: Pinboard Bookmarks](https://apptail.io/app/pinstachio-pinboard-bookmarks-pHJ/united-states) - [History Book - Browse & Search](https://apptail.io/app/history-book-browse-search-KXT/united-states) - [OneStep Reader](https://apptail.io/app/onestep-reader-Zpgb/united-states) - [Uploader for Mendeley](https://apptail.io/app/uploader-for-mendeley-cKob/united-states) - [Less Meeting](https://apptail.io/app/less-meeting-Weqc/united-states) - [Mobile Moraga](https://apptail.io/app/mobile-moraga-cpGd/united-states) - [MeMinder](https://apptail.io/app/meminder-oYyj/united-states) - [Audio Notebook: Voice Recorder](https://apptail.io/app/audio-notebook-voice-recorder-qCbl/united-states) - [Field - Ministero di campo](https://apptail.io/app/field-ministero-di-campo-LVDn/united-states) - [Monét - Startup Plan Builder](https://apptail.io/app/monet-startup-plan-builder-MGmo/united-states) ## SoundNote Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/united-states) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/netherlands) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/germany) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/spain) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/belgium) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/switzerland) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/australia) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/south-africa) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/portugal) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/czechia) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/canada) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/japan) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/italy) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/norway) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/austria) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/chile) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/china) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/denmark) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/ecuador) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/france) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/greece) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/hong-kong) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/indonesia) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/india) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/south-korea) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/mexico) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/malaysia) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/united-arab-emirates) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/new-zealand) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/peru) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/russia) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/sweden) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/turkey) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/dominican-republic) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/romania) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/ireland) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/israel) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/azerbaijan) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/egypt) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/algeria) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/belarus) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/kazakhstan) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/poland) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/colombia) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/soundnote-VBbl/nigeria) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
