I am an investigator of 17 years and have been trying various apps/programs for transcription. I tried this one at $9.99/month. It did have an option to differentiate between multiple parties, but it was unable to accurately interpret how many parties (interrogation interviews). Worst of all, it was a terribly inaccurate translation. To the point where the interpretation was explicit language and a sexual favor requested, which did not happen during the interrogation. I cancelled the subscription. The cancellation will not process. Forty dollars later and I’m still being auto-debited for the app and now have to go through the trouble of cancelling cards, because of poor service. This is very scammy.
