Source Edit is a Safari Action Extension that puts a full HTML source editor right in your browser — on iPhone and iPad.

Browse to any page in Safari, tap the Share button, and Source Edit instantly loads the complete HTML source in a clean editor.
Make your changes, tap Done, and they're applied to the live page on the spot.

What you can do:
• Inspect the full HTML structure of any webpage
• Edit, tweak, or test HTML changes in real time
• Apply edits back to the live page without reloading
• Works entirely on your device — no account, no server, no internet required

Privacy first:

Unfortunately I haven’t been able to get this to work. 

Photo instructions (3): “How to activate Source Edit”

First photo page: The button is in the upper right  not the bottom middle.

Third photo page: The More button (from the 2nd page/step) doesn’t have the Source Edit option to activate it

 

There doesn’t appear to be any option in Safari or Settings to add it to the list of applications (for this 3rd step) so that you can activate it.
