## Sourdough & Co Reviews in United States

### *---- "Ordering to pick up times"
Ordering on the app and picking up at the designated time is horrible. I waited 40 minutes in store for a 1:10 pick up on Monday which was not ready until 1:50. Pick ups are usually late to begin with. Problem is if you order a hot sandwich anticipating the delay, then the one time it’s ready on time you show up 10 mins after pick up for a cold sandwich. Fix the app for available pick up times, hire more staff or tell those customers walking in to order they are going to wait awhile.

### ***-- "It Works"
App load time is very slow. Major fail is not to repeat old orders. Need to spend some money and upgrade it. Great good and service but tech is meh and 10y old.
-- Bill Maz, 2026-09-06

### *---- "No nutritional values in app"
Poor
-- Appointment ease, 2026-09-03

### *---- "DO NOT DOWNLOAD"
THEY WILL ROB YOU!

You are unable to check the progress of your order.

You cannot track the delivery.

If your item is never delivered you will be charged and they will not return your money.

Use a better app like DoorDash or uber eats when ordering from this company.
-- Heikila, 2026-05-16

### *---- "Can’t even sign up for an account!"
Terrible app, can’t even create an account! Tried to verify phone number and got the code 5 hours later and still incorrect! Tried multiple times and even when I verified the phone number and hit submit, kept saying something went wrong! Don’t waste your time getting the app.
-- Blindasian, 2026-05-11

### ***-- "Easy to use, will not retain CC info"
It’s awesome for ordering ahead, easy to add and remove ingredients from my order. Easy to manage ordering a meal. Only issue is that no matter how many times I save my cc info, it either doesn’t retain it or says that it’s past the expiration date. Fix this issue, and it’s 5 stars.
-- iceOUT2026, 2026-03-12

### *---- "Don’t bother"
Stop clearing my credit card info when entering my order. Its a freaking sandwich order not a mortgage transaction!
-- Notso150, 2026-01-11

### ***** "Sourdough by Alina"
Yummy!
-- Rush Bowl 1, 2026-01-04

### ***** "Beef brisket"
Omg
-- wildflower69, 2025-09-22

### *---- "Corrupt App"
Second time trying to use the app in a 2 week period. Both times I get all the way to the purchase page and after entering credit card information it will not allow me to save my credit card information and place order button is greyed out. Both times I tried numerous attempts to troubleshoot but no obvious issues. Both times now I’ve given up and decided to order food elsewhere. You’re losing revenue with such a poor app. Please fix.
