## Sous Description
Sous is your AI cooking assistant for real-life meals: ask cooking questions, create personalised recipes, plan your week and cook hands-free.

Use Sous before, during and after cooking. Ask what to make with the ingredients you have, what to substitute, how to prep ahead, how long something should cook, how to rescue a recipe that has gone wrong or how to adapt dinner for the people you are feeding.

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH SOUS

• Ask free-form cooking questions
• Generate personalised recipes
• Create recipe ideas from ingredients
• Use your camera to scan ingredients or a meal
• Save, rate, favourite and share recipes
• Scale recipes to different serving sizes
• Edit recipes with AI
• Plan meals across the week
• Build shopping lists from planned recipes
• Create menus for multi-recipe cooking
• Use Cook Mode for step-by-step guidance
• Hear instructions read aloud while you cook
• Use voice controls to move through recipe steps
• Keep your screen awake during cooking

ASK SOUS THINGS LIKE

“What can I make with chicken, rice and leeks?”
“What can I use instead of crème fraîche?”
“How do I rescue a sauce that split?”
“Can you make this recipe vegetarian?”
“How should I prep this meal in advance?”
“What should I cook this week in under 30 minutes?”

PERSONALISED RECIPES

Set your skill level, dietary needs, preferred servings, dislikes, goals and kitchen setup so Sous can suggest recipes that fit how you actually cook.

PLANNING AND SHOPPING

Add recipes to your weekly planner, get meal ideas and create shopping lists from what you plan to cook.

COOK MODE

Follow recipes one step at a time, hear instructions read aloud, use voice controls and keep your screen awake while cooking.

MENUS

Group recipes together for dinners, batch cooking or multi-recipe meals. Open menu cook mode and switch between recipes while keeping your place.

Sous helps you move from idea to dinner: inspiration, recipe creation, planning, shopping and cooking in one place.

Sous is a cooking assistant, not medical or nutritional advice. Always follow appropriate food safety guidance.
