Sous is an AI recipe generator that turns pantry ingredients, a dish idea, or a food photo into a personalized recipe. Save the meals you want to make, plan your week, build a shopping list, and follow each recipe while you cook. CREATE A RECIPE YOUR WAY Start with whatever is easiest: • Enter ingredients you already have • Name a dish you want to make • Use a food photo for inspiration • Adjust servings, preferences, and cooking style Sous creates a complete recipe with ingredients, preparation details, and step-by-step instructions. COOK WITH WHAT YOU HAVE Use your pantry and leftovers as a starting point instead of buying another full set of ingredients. Sous helps you find practical ways to use food already in your kitchen. ADD INGREDIENTS WITH LESS TYPING Build your pantry using the method that fits the moment: • Scan supported barcodes • Scan a receipt • Add ingredients from a photo • Use voice input • Enter items manually PLAN MEALS AROUND YOUR WEEK Save recipes, add them to This Week, and set cooking reminders. Build a meal plan around the days and meals that matter to you. TURN YOUR PLAN INTO A SHOPPING LIST Create shopping lists from the meals you plan to cook. Keep your pantry, recipes, weekly plan, and grocery list connected in one place. COOK STEP BY STEP Open cooking mode when it is time to make a meal. Follow clear recipe steps and use available hands-free features while you cook. MAKE RECIPES FEEL LIKE YOURS Set preferences for servings, cuisines, dietary patterns, restrictions, allergies, cooking experience, and more. You can keep your usual defaults and adjust them for an individual recipe whenever needed. Sous includes free features and optional Premium subscriptions. Current feature limits, trial eligibility, pricing, and subscription terms are shown in the app before purchase. AI-generated recipes may need adjustments. Always review ingredients, allergens, food temperatures, and cooking instructions before preparing or serving a dish. Sous® and the Sous logo are registered trademarks of Aurora Technologies LLC.
