Thumbs Up For SCMP

Bernard CS on

Malaysia

Always love the news, articles and postings from SCMP because it’s resourceful, independent, unbiased and no misinformation unlike other main stream media. More meaningful is to make it subscription free for all the seniors and the young population of the world

i have unsubcribed to scmp for a couple of moths but they are still charging and taking away my credits. please fix this

Please fix this issue for 5 stars

Czanjohn on

Malaysia

I love reading SCMP however in your iOS app I found this issue where the panel for actions like bookmarking, sharing and adjusting the font size actually hides the content underneath it and I have to use only the bottom half of the device’s screen to read the content so that the actions bar doesn’t hide it both in portrait and landscape mode. I find this really troublesome as there is no option to hide the action bar so that I can read the content without scrolling to a particular part of the page to read. Hopefully you will look into this an fix it.

I’m currently on my latest version of SCMP, but I couldn’t favourite news and articles for future reading like how i used to. Any way that i can solve this problem?

recent update screwed up

Boyboy9987 on

Malaysia

They claim to have simplified navigation with the latest update for the app. UI is terrible, you need extra few swipes just to get next/other news. Instead of lessen the time taken, they need extra few taps and swipes. Total waste of time. I doubt they used their own apps.

OMG... what just happened with the app design

muhammadnuman on

The new design is a bad idea, if user response and rich content is your new features, dont simply change the whole app navigation system and its entire layout. Just include them in the existing one.
