## South Ribble Leisure Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Worst App"
I can’t make any sense of this App
-- bakergirl2703, 2025-08-06

### **--- "Needs a LOT of Improvement"
This app is flawed in many ways, including basics such as respecting your device’s rotation, but most importantly it’s complete lack of any sensible filtering.

Want to know what Body Pump classes are running at (just) Leyland and Penwortham in the coming week? Not a chance! How about a list of instructor Emma’s upcoming classes? Nope!

Perhaps you’d prefer to filter out the endless stream of notifications about children’s activities but still get the relevant ones... can’t do that either.

And all that on top of the stupid booking system that results in a 7am scramble to book for next week that frequently crashes the app and/or server for long enough to lose your booking.

And then when you’ve been put on the Waiting List the app doesn’t bother to notify you if later on you’re lucky enough to make it to the Booked list. This means the excellent reception staff have to ring you to tell you.
-- -Roopee-, 2025-08-01

### **--- "Poor Functionality"
The app only shows swimming availability at Leyland.
-- Roger A Price Author, 2025-03-28

### *---- "App and website"
Can’t book more than one space and the website is shockingly hard to navigate as well, very displease with how difficult it is to simply book to go swimming
-- A€$¥$€€, 2024-06-01

### *---- "Useless app."
The app won’t work on my phone. I have tried everything as have the staff at Bamber Bridge.
My password in never recognised. I have to reset it via email every time I want to book a class.
-- Steph6136, 2024-03-11

### *---- "South Ribble Leisure"
This website is very awkward to use. Especially trying to book a swim with grandchildren.
-- Annie anorak, 2024-03-05

### ***** "Swimming Pass"
I’d just like to say how helpful lLisa was when I was enquiring about getting a swim membership. Very informative. Thank you Lisa
-- Glfingcaz, 2023-06-24

### *---- "Rubbish"
Wouldn’t let me book anything . Said my account was inactive despite activating an hour before hand . Only wanted to book a swim . Website was similar .
-- Omi F, 2023-06-21

### *---- "The most annoying system!"
This app and website are so annoying - i just want to go swimming and it makes it damn near impossible. The app onlyshows swimming sessions for the wrong club and you can only book one person per account so have to log out and then make a fake email address and a second account for my child - makes no sense at all. There is no other way to go swimming so I am forced to used this system but it’s really stressful. Sort it out please or just let us show up and swim when we want to like the good old days!
-- Cing19, 2023-01-28

### ***** "Update"
The tennis Center is great but does require equipment update.

I hope the new investment will be to all Centers and not

All new at Leyland gym with other centres being given the castoffs of equipment from Leyland?
-- Hill St Luke, 2022-05-19
