## South Staffs Water Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Worst app on any App Store"
Doesn’t even work, crashes and closes when you hit login. Literally been like this for months and the devs could give a flying phook about it and their customers. This is what happens when our national services get privatized
-- Virgin Employee :/, 2024-12-26

### **--- "White writing on white background"
While the app seems to sort of work, the bar at the top which the pictures here show as blue, is white for me. With white writing. Doesn’t seem to be an option to report stuff like this in the app so a poor review will have to suffice and hope they see it.
-- Anotherannoyedviewer, 2024-11-04

### *---- "Why?"
It’s difficult to understand how any company can have an app that’s still practically impossible to set up and use. Everyone else has managed it. I genuinely can’t figure out why South Staffs Water don’t have a decent app.
-- ianinho1, 2024-09-25

### *---- "Useless"
Asks for a customer reference but wouldn’t accept mine, too many characters in mine to fit in the space. Eventually it registered me without the reference and kept crashing. Can you rate 0 stars? My bill has doubled over night.
-- ashbaggie, 2024-09-19

### *---- "Wigg 55"
Absolutely awful app cannot set up direct debit app on phone unable to pay May I suggest they try there own app to see how bad it is
-- Wigge 55, 2024-08-07

### *---- "Terrible"
Shocking app, never works, shuts down for no reason, asks for email address when really it’s the customer reference number, doesn’t login anyway, useless
-- Eldon jm, 2024-07-02

### *---- "Login field contents invisible"
Tried logging in - typed email address in but it’s invisible. Can’t type password in at all. Shockingly bad experience. iPhone 13, iOS 17.5.1
-- MrA.20140420, 2024-06-21

### **--- "Login information"
Would be better to use our email account instead of customer reference number
-- Craig5201, 2024-04-26

### *---- "Another rubbish report"
Have downloaded the app but it will not load.
-- FerretRacer37, 2024-04-13

### *---- "App not working"
App just opens to a blank screen - tried removing/reinstalling it on my iPad, but that’s not made any difference. App simple does not work.

I don’t have any services, like VPN or Firewall etc. and every other App I have is working okay, so I can only assume that there is something amiss with the App itself.
