I want to buy a season ticket for a placement , A 7 day season ticket. I was told just before checkout that I need a photo ID. I need to take a photo, pay to get it printed, passport style and then pay again to get it authorised for my smartcard in order for it to work and to buy a ticket. DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP, it’s a waste of time. I’m so upset. I only have money for the ticket itself which I thought would be fine but now I have to take extra time and money to authorise one silly photo. Why can’t it be done online? Why in person. I need at least a week before my smartcard can arrive but if I buy the photocard and travel to a nearby station to get it verified, my smartcard won’t arrive in time- I can’t get to be placement and I’ll be in trouble. I actually hate this app and I hope this system changes. If I could give 0 stars I would. Why is it so old school. Why would you say you can do it online when in reality you can’t. I’m literally so stressed and I’m panicking. All because of one photo. Everything else is online. What a waste of my time. Also to add the link to buy the tickets didn’t even work on my IPhone, I had to use my laptop for it to work. Hope the developers of this app really rethink their decisions on the photocard.

Logs out daily (or even more frequently), rating request popups in the middle of a ticket purchase, clearly not actually tested in real life but just in a lab. Does work on occasion so I’ll give it two stars. Shame no option to save a ticket type (station X - station Y, any day return, etc) to make purchasing easier, have to mess around selecting trains if you’re a more regular “one time purchase” customer.

Please can you add facial recognition

The app won’t let me save my log on/password so has to be added every time Be good to change that

Useless pain for tickets. Constantly logs you out.

The app is ok for bookings and buying tickets. But for travelling it is an utter liability. Twice now it has signed me out and will not let me sign in in order to view tickets and use at barrier. My advice is to print your tickets.
