## Southern Airways Reviews in United States

### ****- "Great Option"
Great airline! Can be a little confusing to get to their terminal. I had to go online and used their customer service phone number. They were great in explaining the process.
-- LD/CD, 2026-08-25

### ****- "I guess I’m homeless…"
I live in Washington DC. Only the 50 United States are listed as options when entering my address. Virginia it is.
-- Katie Spearly, 2026-08-16

### *---- "Won’t recognize booking"
I booked through United, and the app won’t recognize either the United or Southern airways confirmation number. Thus I was unable to check in for my flight, see what the gate was, etc.
-- s.j.7, 2025-03-30

### *---- "Useless"
You have to re-enter all your personal information EVERY time you log in. Also, it will not bring up my flight I already booked.
-- Sp1600, 2025-03-17

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
It says it can’t find my trip when I search for it. But the trip shows up on the website and in a confirmation email
-- •r.r•, 2024-12-12

### *---- "Terrible"
Lower 1 star!
-- Messsi ht, 2024-11-05

### ***-- "Don’t save information"
Every time you go back into the app you have to put all your information back into it and go through the process again not like other apps where your information is all in there other than that it works good
-- Car1946, 2024-08-22

### *---- "Hopeless"
Every login requires you to create your profile again. Also, the password field thinks it’s a user is field so autofill of password fails.
-- JobsTadoo, 2024-06-19

### *---- "Needs work"
I’ve tried to login several times but it always makes me recreate a profile even though I already have one.
-- Crypto Ghost, 2023-11-25

### *---- "Can’t log into the app"
When entering my credentials and clicking on LOG IN it takes me to Create Your Profile page
