## Southern Bancorp Description
Southern Bancorp Mobile Banking is a more convenient way to access our web banking system. It validates and safely stores your login information, simplifies logging in, and allows you (if enabled) to quickly and securely check up to three account balances from the login screen.

Features:

1. Use TouchID and FaceID to log into to your web banking account (your iPhone must support TouchID and have it set up).

2. Log out of your web banking session and lock the application with the touch of a button.

3. Quickly check the balances of up to three accounts by tapping the Quick Balance button from the login screen or by using pull-to-refresh.

4. Deposit checks from your phone. This feature may require approval from bank staff before it is enabled.

Please contact your nearest branch or check the website terms of service for details.

## Southern Bancorp Reviews in United States

### *---- "Unconstitutional"
Held me from my money and says maintenance but should let me get it. Holds my money and I don’t agree with it or the bank. Will be leaving this app and bank for the continuing problems on both sides. Do better or be better at your jobs.
-- KiloGzz42, 2026-08-20

### **--- "App"
Suckiest bank app I’ve ever seen
-- Patricia leach, 2025-03-20

### *---- "Useless"
I can’t even login to my account at all. All my usernames and passwords are correct. It just says that it can’t verify them.
-- Hunnersmom, 2025-03-13

### ***-- "Unlocking card"
I am not able to unlock my card via app or online banking
-- Beautifulb8, 2024-09-22

### ***-- "Needs work"
App is not regularly updated. App gets stuck or logs you out. iOS gets updates more frequently than app so the app struggles.
-- Auntie~Ann, 2024-05-30

### *---- "Please read"
Can’t login to my account or do anything else on the app or on website
-- mattdia761, 2024-01-27

### ***-- "Biometrics"
Every month the biometric system just stops working. It logs me out and won’t let me log in. This has happened for 3 months straight now. I login with biometrics one day and the next day when I try and check my account it’s disabled biometrics like come on. I don’t remember my username half the time. Also, yall need to fix the forgot my password thing so instead of just using the username you can also just straight up use your email. Good app besides these issues.
-- Shinobu_San98, 2023-02-18

### *---- "Wont open!!"
I can't even get the app to open. This is the only way I can check my account. It is terrible. Very slow. And needs work!!
-- leslie a g, 2023-02-10

### ***-- "Face ID"
For some reason my Face ID option has went away
-- okguy4u03, 2023-01-14

### ***** "Good app"
The new update is better then what it was and love that I can deposit checks on it now too
-- lc app, 2022-11-24
