## Southern Chautauqua FCU Reviews in United States

### *---- "WORST BANK APP"
WHO RUNS THIS APP?? GET A DEGREE PLEASE
-- IcantstandSCFCU, 2025-06-27

### **--- "Face id"
Randomly turns face id off by itself since they updated the app. Very annoying.
-- Akfycusjendnsn, 2025-03-05

### *---- "Terrible"
I’ve had this app only a couple
Months and I have multiple times now, enabled my face recognition but it only lasts for so long before I have to do that again. Now every time I log in it kicks me out so I have to use the website to check. My old banks app never had this issue. Not once.
-- Jam23887655, 2025-02-12

### ***** "Nice update"
The update is a nice upgrade. Great place bank
-- smoore85, 2025-01-21

### **--- "Constant “server error”"
At least once or twice a week, the app goes down due to “server error” for a couple hours. Sometimes it goes down for an entire day. On more than one occasion, I’ve had to drive to the nearest ATM to see if my paycheck deposited because the app isn’t working.
-- GregM321, 2024-10-02

### ***** "Love it"
Love the app and the Face ID!
-- Matt Kuby, 2021-04-23

### ***** "Great Company"
It’s definitely a Fred Company. Happy to have them as my bank.
-- peraltakathy, 2021-04-22

### *---- "Broken"
This app is not pretty at all but it does the job— well used to. The app on iOS is broken. When you click on accounts it crashes; sometimes it crashes immediately. It’s interesting as I just switched from an Android phone and the app works perfectly on that platform. Please fix. The only solution right now is to just use your browser. I would just bookmark the account login link after clicking home banking.
-- alozzy1213, 2020-06-22

### *---- "The app is broken"
The app is broken it won’t even let me open the app at times and it just sends me back to the home screen when I try to sign in so I can’t even deposit anything on my phone
-- the app guy 2020, 2020-05-28

### *---- "Almost literally functionless"
About a year or two ago I would have said it’s passable, barely.. since then their IT guy must have given up. There’s only 3 things I need this app for and 2 out of 3 are broken. But if you need a way to check your balance from your phone, it does that usually.
