This app makes paying your bill super easy, that being said I think you should get a discount on your bill when you setup automatic payments.

I spent 45 minutes on the phone with southern ct gas just trying to update my phone number and email after he said everything was done and I told him I had problems paying my bill. He tried to refer me to 211 several times after I told him I’ve tried 211 and I can never get through because there’s too many people applying for 211 probably people that are not in my situation that I’ve lost my job and became disabled then he told me no worries. I’m going to put you on a program or you only have to pay seven dollars a month. I made a payment supposedly through an account and now I tried to get on my account on the app on my phone and it’s still looking at an old account an old number, so nothing was ever updated and it’s been over 20 hours
