Great app
This app is great and improves often.
Updates Broke App on iPad
App used to work but is now barely useable on iPad. As of a few months ago the app’s orientation stopped rotating with the device and as of now, 12/22/23, the account list on the transfer page pops up on the lower lefthand corner of the screen and is incomplete. These basic features make the app functional and without them, it’s nearly trash. What the heck is going on?
App not working
Recently I’ve tried to open the app and all it does it spin and say retry what’s going on with this app?
Member for many years
Feels like family. My only ask is that when the representative has to speak to a coworker about a situation related to MY account is that the conversation be in English. Talking about MY account in front of me in Spanish is not good!!!!! Somewhat rude and annoying. Thank you
