## Southside Bank Reviews in United States

### **--- "It glitches."
It glitches a lot. Tells me I have more than I do. And doesn’t update purchases or anything as fast as it should. Bills wwnt out days ago and I have receipts but the app doesn’t tell me it has.
-- Annoyed532, 2026-05-10

### ***-- "Always down"
Would be nice if it wasn’t consistantly down for maintenance….
-- Haystak227, 2025-10-02

### *---- "Mobile Deposit Issues"
The absolute worst mobile deposit I have ever used. Cannot focus the camera, every image will come out blurry. It’s a one in fifty shot you will be able to make a deposit through the app. This has been an issue for a year and a half now and it’s a waste of my time and the clerks at the bank when I explain to them what has happened. Seriously, make it to where we can focus the camera for a clear picture; this is asinine for a bank to struggle with.
-- johnson7217, 2025-07-02

### ***** "Wonderful"
This bank has everything: efficiency hospitality and going above and beyond
-- Debra and Roger, 2025-06-27

### *---- "Money missing"
A friend sent me t 115.00 dollarsshe did but the money never came to my account now which one scammed meand i recieved a txt message from Zelle tha
-- brad gore, 2025-05-04

### **--- "Site maintenance"
If they are doing maintenance on the site you can literally not do anything. In 2025 the fact that I can’t do something as simple as check my balance while the site is being updated blows my mind.
-- cpwinkle, 2025-04-27

### *---- "Followed advice to update…?"
Followed advice to go to App Store to update, it sent me back to the ADVICE to UPDATE, 3 times I tried, no luck, bah humbug!
-- gma bell, 2025-04-23

### ****- "No longer works on my iPad iOS 15.8 🥲"
I have not been able to use the app since it requires iOS 16 now. I have no other reason to upgrade my iPad 🥲
-- Cony Hoi, 2025-03-28

### *---- "Old phone"
I have an iPhone 6s+ and it is too old to download the app/update and I will NOT buy another/new phone just to have Southside Bank unless Southside Bank wants to pay for a new phone!
-- plumbcrazy1947, 2025-03-06

### **--- "App constantly forgets login info"
The app would not let me login due to it “updating” however the App Store says it has not been updated in 4 weeks. I have had to inconvenience myself multiple times last year to change my password because the app is very low quality.
