## Space Age Federal Credit Union Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Some annoying issues."
The app mostly works well but I have found that the mobile check deposit is very touchy with signatures. I hope this gets fixed soon
-- Brett L. P., 2022-10-01

### ***** "Never Had Issues"
I’ve never had any issues and as a bank they do a good job with security and customer service.
-- Eli ♡, 2022-03-29

### *---- "Terrible...For years!"
It appears mobile check deposits have left the Space Age far behind. Worse than a mere waste of time, this app has repeatedly fumbled my deposits, ruining my checks for deposits in other organizations and forcing me to rely on technology developed in the 1700-1800s: the USPS.
Since this has been occurring for as long as SAFCU has offered mobile deposits, it appears no effort has been made to improve the situation.
-- LTUBass, 2021-11-22

### *---- "Login issues"
Constantly having to reset my password for this app. Even if put in right it in correctly it never works. Definitely won’t be using this company again.
-- cartmanbros953, 2021-03-25

### *---- "Worst App Ever"
Literally the worst app ever. You’d be lucky to ever get anything done on it. If it’s not crashing like it constantly does, then it’ll just log you out whenever you click any button. If I could give this negative stars, I would.
-- Mamapak, 2020-11-14

### *---- "App won’t work"
I’ve had this app before, but now with having an iPhone lately the last 2 months it won’t load. I’ll sign in and it keeps saying my password is wrong when it’s not. Or I’ll get past that point, go to make a payment and it’ll reroute me back to sign-in. Their website does the same exact thing. Doesn’t matter if I restart/delete app or restart phone.
-- auddymay44, 2020-09-16

### *---- "Horrible..."
As a user of multiple on-line banking apps, this is the worst. Very user unfriendly. Particularly, the SAFCU only allows $4000 daily mobile deposits. There is no indication of this when trying to deposit a check until it is too late. Other institutions I deal with allow up to $25,000 daily. Will un-install and look at moving my accounts, all $300K.
-- Diehardstroker, 2020-05-28

### **--- "App doesn’t load 90% of the time"
I have and IPhone 7+ and for the last few months the app doesn’t load. I’ve contacted the representatives at Space Age and they say that they can’t find out what’s wrong with it. I’ve been banking at the credit union for over 30 years and if I can’t use my phone to access my account I’m going to have to find another bank.
-- Kdafamily, 2020-04-14

### *---- "Poor UI"
Banking apps should be easy to use, intuitive, and leave the member confident in any transactions conducted. This app does NONE of the above. The security features are good. However.....

When I transfer funds to an external account, the app is EXTREMELY clunky and un-intuitive. First, I select the external account and IN or OUT. Naturally, if I’m staring at an account with the need to make a selection, I think IN/OUT of the account I’m looking at. This jab it the case. It’s the opposite. IN/OUT of SAFCU.

Once this is figured out, the SAFCU account is selected. And the amount. The next screen shows the transaction with a save button. Save what? I didn’t get any confirmation page, verification page, nor acknowledgment that a transfer was actually going to happen! After that, I don’t have a way to look to see pending transactions! All I can do is wait to see if I actually did the transaction correctly. Absolutely awful.
