Good concept
Space arena plays into the idea of designing your own spaceship in a creative and diverse manner, which you will use to compete with other players. Although this is a very good concept, there are major flaws that kill the potential of the game. - The biggest flaw is the actual gameplay. It is not interactive and most of the time your match depends a lot on luck. The campaign lacks content. The loss time penalty is absurd and heavily limits the possibility to even play the game. The building is what is fun, the gameplay is just boring. - The weapon leveling system and market are very vague. Leveling weapons is expensive and misleading. Sometimes the supposed ‘better’ variant of a weapon is just outright worst. There also isn’t a way to accurately determine how effective a weapon is during combat. - The interaction with other players is extremely limited. Joining a clan has barely any benefits. Strangely it also isn’t possible to see other players spaceship designs. After losing a battle it would be useful to know exactly what the enemy used to beat you. - Galaxy exploring barely yields any useful rewards. A couple blueprints for leveling ships is not useful since the ships only gain a tiny bit of strength. I would love to see this game change into the potential it has. The biggest improvement being interactive and diverse gameplay.
