Still full of flaws and zero customer support
Do not download this game until they update it with real changes to basic flaws and add a working customer support. Customer support button still doesn’t work. There are skills that you unlock but that do not even work. “Combat strategist” skill appears only on some places, there is no description to this. “Triple shot” does not appear at all even if you have the required “double shot” skill. Also, most of the ads now (after update) require you to watch a full ad AND adds another 15 seconds of waiting + an App Store menu coming up that you have to swipe down + wait for the “x” button to appear to close the add. A complete disaster. The “video failed” message that came up even after you wasted you time watching an ad did disappear before this last update but now randomly appears again. This means you watch an add but get no reward for it (i.e you wasted your time). Also they did not compensate their players for this problem from the past when almost every video failed after watching it. After the last update, loot is supposed to have been “highly increased” according to the description. This is not true. You barely get any gear for instance and this has not changed, even for higher planets. The game randomly generates maps when you start playing a planet. This is poorly developed as there are sometimes, although seldom, when the generated map prevents you from going to the next room. This means that if you have collected something valuable that you need, it will be lost forever because the only way to continue playing is to exit and lose all progress. The developer does not respond to any emails at all (this is beyond all criticism). If you have spent any money on the game and experience the problems above or other problems, I would recommend you to ask for a refund through Apple, unless you’re ok with the flaws.
