## SpaceWalker by VITURE Reviews in United States

### **--- "App Locks UP iPhone"
After using Viture Pro 2 glasses the spinning wheel froze. Screen and iPhone completely locked up. Took 20 minutes and multiple attempts using Apple’s unlock procedure to eventually regain control. iOS 27 installed.
-- jetpilots, 2026-09-18

### ***** "Minor issues"
When i go to do something on my phone i have to restart the entire spacewalker app.
Sometimes fullscreening youtube glitches and i have to restart
Theres not really settings
I enjoy ambient mode and 3d other than that i have no reason to use spacewalker since i can mirror any part of my phone and everything i can do in spacewalker i can do on my phone
-- Anonymous aloha peod, 2026-09-06

### *---- "Still buggy."
Every so often I come back to see if Viture have gotten their act together. I remain disappointed. Software is impossible to use on either MacOS or iOS. The Immersive 3-D is a hot mess. Not worth the inconvenience for just a screen. I hope one day to enjoy my purchase, but for now I don’t.
-- Cpbrowne, 2026-08-30

### *---- "Is this a beta release?"
I downloaded the app after buying the Pro 2 and USB-C XR Charging Adapter Ultra. The head tracking crashes and greys out after a couple of minutes, the trackpad is clunky and doesn’t seem to have a simple pinch-zoom feature in the browser, a couple of times it failed to see my glasses or adapter and was stuck at the connect your device screen until I restarted my iPad. Please update.
-- sbarcherus, 2026-08-18

### ***** "3d mode don’t work"
Nice glasses but this app sucks
-- vietguy808, 2026-08-12

### **--- "Xreal is better"
Super disappointing. The whole experience sucks. Cant get a good screen size. Anchor mode is super shaky, moves and changes size on its own. To make any of the features work you have to log into all your streaming services on the app. Which is almost impossible. Not a good experience at all..
-- Dozenthguy, 2026-08-12

### *---- "Poorly vibecoded software"
The 3d function opens two images , and they don't allow youmto setup. Garbage.
-- Abcdefghijk123467467, 2026-08-10

### *---- "Horrible App Amazing XR Glasses"
If ur an iPhone user this app is useless. Can’t watch any of my current Apple movie library in this app. When trying to watch movies without the SpaceWalker app through  TV the screen just mirroring basically the glasses go black every few minutes. I invested a lot of money into the Beast XR glasses plus all of the accessories. Its time the Devs recognized the constant problems regarding iOS. I don’t hear these complaints from android users. Please update the app so it is as perfect as the android users walker app. Over the last yr there have been constant issues for iPhone or iPad users. It’s time the Dev team work these out. Or these are just expensive annoying bricks that look like AR glasses. Also if ur a Mac or iPhone user don’t buy the neckband another item that was really only intended for Android users. I’m not switching to Android I have poured too much money into IOS  and I’m stuck in this ecosystem. The advertising for this feels so false when it comes to IOS users. It’s extremely disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend any of ur line up of glasses to any IOS user told all my friends hold off until they fix the app. I will continue to do so until u guys take IOS users seriously. Also will be posting all over social media. Everyone needs to do the same seems the only way to get these Devs to listen is to have the cash stop rolling in.
-- WarriorPrincess8, 2026-08-02

### **--- "It’s a work in progress"
Title says it all. Half the time I can’t get the sound to work, or it doesn’t save my settings for each mode I switch to, or it randomly disconnects. I do like the app and hope it gets better in time but it does get extremely frustrating at the moment. Using it with the cities beast which only just came out this year so maybe it’s a growing pain.
-- TechiesAnon, 2026-08-02

### *---- "Awful"
Unusable everywhere, ambient mode does not exist despite clearly stating it does exist on the Luma pro

Edit: after an hour of searching I’ve found it. Unfortunately it doesn’t work at all and buffers permanently. My review will stay at 1 star. The hardware for the device is so impressive, I’d have thought that the app would be somewhat up to the same level. It’s not. I’m going to return my product and never touch this app nor anything made by this company again. Massive let down
-- Feathers_Mcgraw_12, 2026-07-05

### ***** "The Best"
Una de las mejores experiencias visuales tanto 2d como en 3D
-- Geo7777@, 2026-06-25

### *---- "The App Privacy Report is a Lie"
The App Store claims that this app does not collect any data, but the privacy statement shows that this thing is a telemetry-hungry beast. They not only track all interactions with the app, they even go as far as tracking browsing history, and more. And all of that data is theirs to disclose to whomever in the event of acquisition, merger, bankruptcy, etc. Viture makes good hardware, but stay away from their software. Apple should really force them to update their App Privacy Report.
-- ArthurCAK, 2026-06-21

### *---- "3D doesn’t work."
All this talk of turning 2D content to 3D but it’s just creating side by side screens.
-- Rob Deez, 2026-06-19

### **--- "Superfluous, gimmicky, poorly designed"
Spacewalker app currently does not support copy/ paste which is a major oversight. I have long passwords and typing them into the app is impossible because closing the app to consult my password manager via multitasking undoes my progress typing the password in the app.

The feedback page in the spacewalker app on ios also doesn’t allow me to submit feedback, because the keyboard covers the “submit feedback” button, and there’s no way to close the keyboard without leaving the page. The text is not saved. So the feedback tab is essentially worthless.
-- DairyFiend, 2026-05-31

### *---- "Buggy"
Who developed this? So many bugs in just about every feature. Too many to list.
-- sinjrsere, 2026-05-23

### *---- "Audio won’t play through glasses"
It’s been months and the app still plays audio through my phone rather than through the glasses like when I first got them.
-- Marked Offline, 2026-05-12

### ***-- "Can’t get Netflix to work"
Been trying to login but it keeps saying unable to connect🙄
-- Richieeeeeeee1, 2026-05-08

### *---- "17e not supported"
Unusable.

Despite looking like it should work, 17e is not supported. A black screen is all the action you’ll get.
-- LTI-stabilt, 2026-04-04

### ***** "Great for smart glasses"
Downloaded it because I bought the new RayNeo Air 4 Pro and it works perfectly. I didn't even know my phone could do such a thing.
-- TheRealAsItGet, 2026-04-03

### ***-- "Finicky"
When it works it is a great addition to the glasses. It will disconnect when initially plugged in and then it works fine mostly. Lately I have been unable to control the volume which has been frustrating as I am constantly sent to the website to upgrade everytime I click the volume button.
