App is loading not yet opening

I had used SPANDANA call centre to raise a complaint as I was having trouble with the anganwadi and within few hours I had received call and solved the problem..

Hi This app is just created for name sake, when we try to open with Aadhar number, it say operation failed. it seems like back end call to UDAI server is not connected

I tried so many time to login but it’s not working The number which I type it’s not visible Waste app no maintance

In order to login otp need to be generated, the app itself saying otp generation failed

Hi Spandana app is not working showing otp generation failed kindly fix it earlier as it is very useful to the public to resolve there issues with the government people who are not responding and doing the work few of the govt people properly.

Hello Everybody, As i used the app and used for the complaint but the officer’s who maintaining this app and solving the complaints are not fit for this job and they are very useless. Even they can’t solve the 15ft drain problem but they take 9 months to verify the complaint not to solve. It’s a small example how the app works and officers who works under it. Shame on it and I am not saying who has used the app and the complaint is solved for them. In my words it’s a time waste, use less app…..!!!

I am trying to login to Spandana app both on mobile app and on web app. Both are throwing error while generating AADHAR based OTP. This is making this apps unusable. Please fix it
