We have emailed customer service multiple times and finally had to give up and cancel our subscription and try to find some other way to learn Spanish even though this is our favorite. Additionally, when using their website to access the parent portal, the reset password link only shows when you attempt to subscribe with an already existing account, but following the password reset form leads to an HTTP 500 error after trying to submit the email to reset the parent portal password.
