Cheque Operations,
ATM and Branch Locator,

After getting a token number, not getting an otp within 30 seconds so i have to keep registering again and again and after the registration the app is asking for CIF number and account number . The CIF number is not mentioned in the passbook and the cheque book. I have called multiple times on the bank number and also on tall free number but i am not getting any response.

### *---- "BANKING IS DOWN SINCE 12 days."
I am using this bank since 2021. I have never been satisfied with banking with surat people coop. As their servers are always down on Saturday. I find it suspicious sometimes as it gets to maintain balance or what. 

I have been facing major issues since 11/07/2025 as they notified that it will start all services by 15/7/2025. But still there is no update on for same. This is how a 100year old bank should work?? 
On asking a valid reason in writing they don’t provide any reason for same. As I am not receiving any SMS updates. 
I think this is against RBI guidelines.
