I love this app

I lost my voice completely from an illness and it was terrifying not being able to communicate properly without a voice. I was unable to communicate my needs or ask for help then I stumbled across this app as a solution. It’s helped give me a voice to ask for assistance. Thank you for helping me be able to have a voice

I have been using this app for years. I have a paralyzed vocal cord and this allows me to communicate with others when I’m having trouble talking. My son even has fun playing around with the settings.

Good

This app is pretty good. The only thing I would like is to have it so you can hear it on a call. But other then that, it's really good! I'm a blind person, and VoiceOver works well with this.

Absolutely Wonderful

I have Attention Deficit Disorder Primarily Inattentive type and cannot focus long enough some days to read paragraphs upon paragraphs of text without zoning out. However, even in this worst case scenario, I can usually focus enough to listen to audio. This app has already been a lifesaver and I’ve only had it about a week. The other, lower-quality, TTS apps could learn a thing or two from this app. The ads are there, but they don’t impact the quality of the app itself because they’re out of the way while advertising, and there’s no subscription. I recommend speak.

Great, but

Gabanzo on

I use this app to communicate daily as I am non verbal. It used to have a feature where you could add a “?” Onto the end of a question and the voice would make a question tone at the end, but since the update it no longer does this. It has made it hard to communicate when my answer is a question or not
