Have peace of mind on all your bike rides when you connect your Specialized ANGi sensor with the Ride app and enable Live Tracking.
If your ANGi detects a crash event where you’ve likely been knocked unconscious, your emergency contacts will be sent an email or text alert from your phone and notified of your location.
Live Tracking allows your emergency contacts to follow you along during your ride. Simply turn on ride alerts for an emergency contact and the app will automatically notify them when you’ve started a ride.
RIDE RECORDING & POST-RIDE ANALYTICS
Whether you’re training for a race or event, using your bike for commuting or getting around town, or to explore the trails with your friends, you can use the free ride recorder to track all of your bike rides.
The Ride app automatically tracks stats like speed, distance, time riding, and elevation. When you’re done riding, you can view the ride history and analytics tabs to see how your activity is trending.
We offer full integration with Garmin, Wahoo*, and Strava, so it’s extra easy to record rides and share them with your friends.
If you have a heart rate monitor, cadence sensor, or power meter connected to your Garmin or Wahoo device, you can see that data as well.
SPECIALIZED BIKE REGISTRATION AND WARRANTY ACTIVATION
Although you can record a cycling activity on any bike using the Ride app, riders with Specialized bikes can use the app to register their bike and activate its warranty.
COMMUNITY EVENTS & GROUP RIDES
Be on the lookout for community events, bike demos, and more on the community tab in the Ride app’s feed.
If you enjoy riding with others, you can join and create group rides in the Ride app. The group message board lets you communicate with riders who’ve joined the ride and keeps everyone informed.
When you’re looking for a ride to join, you can search for rides based on day, time, type, and distance.
If you want to create a group ride, you can import a route, choose an existing route, or create a route using the route planner.
ROUTE LIBRARY & ROUTE BUILDER
If you need inspiration for your next ride, the Ride app hosts an ever-growing global library of bike routes.
Additionally, we have an easy-to-use route builder tool that is housed on ride.specialized.com.
Once you’re done creating a route, you’ll be able to add it to any group ride that you plan. Riders interested in joining will be able to see a map view of the route, as well as distance, elevation, and whether the route is on road, gravel, or the trails.
NOTE: Continued use of GPS running in the background may decrease phone battery life

Ammiro molto lo sforzo di creare quest’app ma di fatto la trovò inutile per vari motivi che penso possano diventare opportunità per migliorarla e sviluppare nuove funzionalità user-centric: 1) Il sync con Strava dovrebbe essere a doppio senso. In alternativa si potrebbe permettere all’utente di inserire i dati di km, tempistiche e dislivelli per avere uno storico di utilizzo della bici completo (guardare punto 3) 2) Aprire il sync ad app alternative come Komoot. Semplice e veloce ma molti utenti usano Komoot per programmare e gestire i giri. Io compreso 😅 3) Dato che come costruttore OEM avete la conoscenza dei componenti e del ciclo vita ideale di ognuno di essi potreste fornire dati e alert in base ai km e dislivelli dei componenti per aiutare i proprietari a fare manutenzione basica o programmata con un dealer Specialized. Ovviamente i dati devono essere precisi e completi (ecco perché suggerisco di ampliare le fonti da cui importarli). In questo modo voi avreste la possibilità di raccogliere dati di utilizzo completi e precisi delle vostre bici offrendo al tempo stesso un servizio utile all’utente per mantenere al meglio le bici e componenti ed offrire manutenzione predittiva. Se ritenete che questo commento possa essere utile avrei altre idee da condividere con voi data la mia esperienza in questo settore. Spero di poter essere utile. Sicuramente questi semplici miglioramenti migliorerebbero moltissimo l’esperienza utente dell’app. Buon lavoro💪🏻
Tutto bene ma…
Tutto ben fatto, l’unica pecca secondo me è che nell’analisi dell’attività si può selezionare solo la velocità e non altri dati importanti tipo altitudine o pendenza. Per il resto tutto ok però spero interveniate.
Carina, ma non compatibile Apple Watch
Applicazione carina, che fa il suo dovere. Certo ce ne sono tante di analoghe, ma vuoi mettere la S graffiata del logo Specialized? Unico problema che ho riscontrato è relativo all’impossibilità di visualizzare dati diversi dalla velocità (sul mio iPhone 11).
Unica mancanza, invece, è la compatibilità Apple Watch. Mi piacerebbe l’idea di usarlo un po’ come ciclo computer…
Connessione con Strava non funziona
Nonostante sia attiva la connessione (interruttore blu) non trasferisce nessuna attività da Strava.
Pessima è un complimento
Purtroppo 0 compatibilità con iphone x dalla creazione dell account in poi, ho dovuto fare tutto da pc, compreso aggiungere i contatti di emergenza perchè manco i tasti per poter aggiungere i contatti andava tramite app
Bug
È la terza volta che succede. L’app funziona benissimo ma spesso non funziona il contachilometri e l’auto stop del tempo non funziona. Il problema è che segna anche il dislivello. Spero leggiate questa segnalazione per provvedere a risolvere questi bug
