Speechify doesn’t refund even if you cancel at Apple Store
I cancelled my subscription a few months ago through Apple ID in April. Cancellation via Apple ID was a confirmed method on official speechify website.. And I checked the Speechify official website that my auto renew was off already. But my credit card was still charged for a renewal of annual subscription three months later. I requested Speechify for refund immediately when I noticed the charge. Fund request policy is written on speechify official website. I gave evidence of my cancellation of subscription, I requested refund immediately. But Speechify didn’t refund , didn’t answer the question properly (always answered something irrelevant). Speechify kept charging my credit card without my consent and authorisation for three consecutive days. It’s a online theft. I requested refund for all the unauthorised transactions but I don’t have the trust that they would refund all transactions and I don’t have trust they won’t charge my credit card without my consent in the future.
