I am a physician wanting to dictate aspects of a novel I am very unsuccessfully trying to write. I thought the ability to dictate would help.

This app is simply dysfunctional, poorly executed, exceeding difficult to use, inaccurate and frustrating. It almost seems to be attempting to screw up. I have to believe that many of the positive comments are not correct, or that expectations are so abysmally low.

This is the first refund ia am requesting. $5.95 is a Starbucks double latte, but the double latte does not fail at its mission. So Developer/app writer. I want to see something. I know I can go through Apple and get the funds back. But I want you to issue a refund and explanation. Don’t grovel. And don’t even return the funds. They will be obtained somehow. 

But I am willing to have you donate the $5.95, and generate evidence, to Make a Wish or the Salvation Army, and evening take the deduction yourself. But don’t just say you are improving it.

This software is not quite ready for prime time. You cannot dictate directly into a word processing app (like Google Docs or Apple Pages). You have to dictate then email the doc to yourself and cut and paste. Very crude. 

The training offered for a new user is trash. Support is an Facebook Page. Truly an amateur product. Not more than a toy. I wish I could get a refund but I am stuck with it. Luckily it was pretty cheap.
