## Speed Test by MyBroadband Reviews in South Africa

### **--- "Has this been abandoned"
I can't say there is anything specifically wrong with app, but that in 2 years it has never had or needed an update, gives the impression that the app has been abandoned, and for that reason question the security and integrity
-- Getlostusername, 2024-12-15

Hi the speed test was faster than Ookla but it only listed the up and download speeds. No network info.

### ***** "App Suggestions"
Hi

Thanks for the great website, and app.

A few suggestions for features I’d like to see.

1) could you please include a rating, ie top x % from your isp, or top x % in the country. Just to see if your performance is as expected.

2) when rating the isp, could you please include an option to select the speeds you pay for and expect, ie 100/100, then you can compare this against the actual speeds achieved and see which isp’s / fiber providers deliver on their promises (also include fiber provider)

3) add a map, and plot mobile Speedtests on it - maybe show all of my tests, as well as the quickest recorded speeds of other users (anonymised) per location.

4) show a live leaderboard / stream of tests (maybe post to a twitter account when testing, and show a view of this.. or if you’re scared of people stealing the data - keep it in the app as an RSS feed or something)
