I am performing a speed test from Vancouver to a server in India. How on earth your ping times can be 4ms when the expected values should be at minimum above 200ms

Pay for something free
They want you to subscribe for a plan the cost $11 a year to check the speed of the network if you don’t you get commercials after each test. ?????What the hell is wrong with people why would you pay for this.
