Good but few miner issues like you can’t add a word unless you press select if you have already used that word

The app is a great app that allows you to help you learn your spelling wonderfully, although there are many adds and is too expensive for what it should be.

Enjoying this app! I am hoping to model the use of this app in classrooms and encourage a few more teaching staff to utilise this kind of technology in supporting their students. Particularly for those independent rotations which are always tricky to provide explicit targeted instruction without the instructing adult present. However, I have a suggestion to improve this apps scaffolding to support student’s spelling. It would be incredible if this app could have an option to not only say the letter names but also say the letter SOUNDS. So that student get exposure and explicit instruction to the essential phonemic awareness skill segmentation of sounds to support their spelling development. Would be very interested in hearing if this functionality would be possible within this app. 🙂

SpellBoard is an app that helps me to learn spelling, SpellBoard is a great app for school, learning and of course FUN! The app also helps my Vocabulary and get to learn more every day (In a FUN way). It also helps me to learn new definitions. Over all I give SpellBoard five stars out of five stars, and I thank you SpellBoard for teaching me new words, vocabulary and definitions.

Great app. However, how to remove student or remove the word that already learn ? Where is the DELETE button ? One need to record each new words to make the app work, it is ok for the first 10-20 words... very tedious if the word base getting bigger. Can we have the text to speech (TTS) support in the next update ? I love the integration of dictionary in the study. If this app can extract example sentence from dictionary into word bank will be even better. 3/5 stars.

As a teacher of children with additional needs, I find this app to be one of the best I have seen in this genre. It consolidates learning thought sight, sound and touch. Love it.

Big rip-off, it says which has 12 levels words, but only has 3 level, I.e. Only 200 words, for that price! Extremely disappointing! You only buy this if you are teacher and has plenty time to record words yourself. :(

This app is fantastic. I record my kids spelling words at the beginning of the week, use the different colored pens to break the words into syllables and to point out rules, then let them review the words daily. I can monitor how much time they have spent and how they go in the review test. As a Primary Teacher I think this is a great way to teach kids to break down words and learn to spell :-) I would like more choice of colored pens please!

What I love about this app is that you create your own quiz words, can easily share with others and it doesn't look too childish. This makes it great for adults trying to improve spelling.

Disappointing...so much work is involved in creating the tests yourself it defeats the whole purpose of having the app
