*This app is an add-on to MobileXpense’s existing solutions. It will only be accessible for existing users who activated the mobile functionality*
Once activated, just download the App on your Iphone device to benefit from all the functionalities that you are already using on your computer.
This App enables users of Mobilexpense to:
- Enter and edit expenses, manage attendees
- Enter mileages (**use Google Maps to automatically calculate your mileage)
- Enter and edit allowances
- Upload receipts (**take pictures of your receipts)
- Create, submit or cancel reports
- View the pending expenses
- Approve or reject expense reports and travel requests from other users

### ****- "Bis auf Details eine gute App"
Zu allererst, ich verwende zu 98% nur die App für meine Reisekostenabrechnung, da ich persönlich die Desktop Version für unübersichtlich halte. Es gibt nur drei Sachen, die mich stören. 
1. Man hat nicht die Möglichkeit eine Projektadresse für die Aufwandsentschädigungen zu speichern, so wie in der Desktop Version „Mobile Expense“. Daher muss man jedes Mal die komplette Projektadresse wieder eingeben, es wäre gut, wenn die Speicherung Plattformübergreifend funktionieren würde, oder wenn man es wenigstens in beiden Apps separat speichern könnte. Da bei mir die Projekte meist länger dauern, muss ich die Adressen oft wieder neu eingeben und ich vermeide die Desktop Version wo ich nur immer kann. 
2. Bei manchen Eingabefeldern schließt sich die Tastatur oft mehrmals, das ist seit wir die App verwenden so, auf insgesamt vier verschiedenen iPhone-Modellen, mit verschiedenen iOS Versionen, seit 2019. Hauptsächlich in den Feldern „Standort“, „Reiseziel“ und manchmal auch Projektadresse. Das kommt alle paar Wochen mal vor, aber es nervt manchmal schon. 
3. Wenn eine Abrechnung abgelehnt wurde, kann man die selbst bei einem kleinen Tippfehler in den Projektdaten nicht mehr abändern und erneut einreichen. Man muss immer die Abrechnung stornieren und neu einreichen. 
Ansonsten tut die App was sie soll.

Wir nutzen LEIDER diese App seit heute bzw. wir müssen sie benutzen. Gerade eine DINA4 Rechnung über 9,99€ gescannt - das System zeigt als Betrag 19€ an und hat offenbar die 19% MWSt als Betrag genommen. Katastrophe🤮

### **--- "Kamerafunktion nach Update unbrauchbar"
Man muss die Kamera so dicht an die Belege halten dass die Aufnahmen unscharf werden und kaum noch lesbar sind. Das war früher schonmal anders. Löst man bei scharfem Bild manuell aus, wird das Bild nicht korrekt zugeschnitten.
Bitte dringend verbessern!
