Use this app in conjunction with our website at Take Care users, please download our MyFlex mobile app by searching for "MyFlex". All others not using MySpendingAccount, please download the EZ Receipts app. This app lets you submit claims any time, anywhere. I can enter a claim for only myself, but only certain types. I can enter a claim for General Medical but I can’t for Physical Therapy. I can’t enter claims for dependents AT ALL. Also, partially eligible expenses show up as ineligible. For example, I had about $300 available in my FSA and submitted an EOB that showed $500 of expenses.
