## Spero's Car Wash Reviews in United States

### *---- "If 0 was an option that’s what this trash pile would be"
Can add payment methods. Can’t cancel subscriptions without contesting, no return emails. Don’t don’t.
-- Mman1359, 2024-07-08

### *---- "Horrible service"
Do not buy a membership at the kiosk and think you can link the app with your phone number/credit card used. Customer service is non existent and have to go through my bank to stop payments. Email about linking has gone unanswered for a week now, will take my business somewhere else.
-- detroit michael N L 1290, 2022-05-24

### *---- "Don’t buy"
I payed for the membership and I can’t even use it. I Can’t even reach anyone. I tried emailing them and calling. No response…. Please don’t waste you time or money
-- So icee, 2022-04-15

### *---- "No way to reload the app"
I’m a monthly subscriber that takes me to the initial login and it says I’m already subscriber but I can’t get into use the app what a joke
-- garbage 23, 2022-03-04

### *---- "Do not buy a subscription"
Tried to buy a subscription, but it doesn’t work. Was not refunded my $25. Had to call my CC company for a charge back. DO NOT BUY!!!
-- Ttypemike, 2021-12-07

### *---- "Useless app"
Never had a problem until now. I thought I suspended my membership but it went through anyways. When i go into the app to suspend it as soon as I do, the app closes, i try to relaunch it. It closes seconds upon opening every time i open the app. So now I am left without confirmation that my membership was suspended. Great!
