Rip Off - uber cheaper - Do Not Use

I used the scooter to go 1 mile round trip and it was $18. They didn’t give any indication of how much it would be, just offered for me to deposit money or “pay later”

Once I figured out how to choose the write plan

My very first time and it was absolutely fun

Convenient, but not!

They’re stealing, period. It’ll charge you while the app is loading/unlocking (takes a couple mins and tries sometimes) and furthermore they round up your seconds and charge you for an extra minute, or count it against your pass. I just parked at 9:57 on the meter, it took 4 seconds to end my ride, and at 10:01, it counts as 11 mins. This adds up significantly!! I keep saying I coulda had three of my own scooters by now, for what Spin is charging! Over it

The bike didn’t want to lock and I contacted d the company but got no refund

Terrible Terrible

Actually terrible. The stupid scooter didn’t even work. I hurt my back trying to drag it around if I can find somewhere to end my ride because it wouldn’t let me end it for 10 minutes. Complete waste of money.

Stay away

My friend and I were riding. Kept losing power- then one of us could park and the other couldn’t. Spent 45 min trying to find a stupid safe zone and whenever we were in one- it wouldn’t let us park or end the ride
